Coaching

I am writing this testimonial to express my utmost admiration and gratitude for the transformative work Lorrie has done.  Through open dialogue and empowerment techniques I have learned how to be authentic and cultivate bravery in my personal relationships, with family and at my job.  Our sessions together have had a profound impact on me and how I face systemic racism and rejections in my life all while exploring who I am and how I relate as an individual, within my family and society as a whole.

When we first started our sessions some 20 plus years ago, I was navigating a path riddled with self-doubt and a lack of authenticity. Lorrie's guidance and unwavering support allowed me to confront my fears and embark on a journey of self-discovery while moving towards being a braver me. I learned how to create boundaries with my family and at work, I had the strength and courage to leave a toxic relationship and most importantly to me, authenticity and bravery go hand in hand, and by embracing both, one can truly unlock potential.

Her ability to create a safe and nurturing space for growth allowed me to peel back the layers of societal expectations, being a person of colour and discover MY true self. Her insights, and techniques, pushed me beyond my comfort zone, encouraging me to confront my fears head-on and step into my authentic power.

I am forever grateful for the profound transformation you have facilitated in my life.

Lorrie is a brilliant and dedicated educator.  Lorrie supports, leads and follows you through the process of learning. By way of a collaborative approach and open exchange of ideas you are encouraged and challenged to grow together to improve yourself and reflect on your choices and the impacts of your choices and actions.  Through our conversations I have become stronger and learned to see myself in a more positive light.
